Although being spiritually 'aware' from an early age (my Aunt was a medium, and there were lots of references to 'spirits' and 'the inner realms' in my everyday life), my true spiritual path began about the middle of 1998.  I was at a particularly low point in my life at the time and I called out in earnest for help from the depths of my being.  Shortly after my call from the heart, my life began to steadily improve.  Extreme pressure on me began to release; I could begin to see a way through.  This I believe was my wake-up call.

 My previous experiences as a youngster made me realise that I was now being given help by my ‘guides’.  Not long after this a book on ‘Angels’ by Diana Cooper was firmly brought to my attention - I was strongly ‘drawn’ to it in a bookshop.  I really related to the information it contained and felt the desire to learn more.  I then undertook a series of workshops and training which led to me becoming a qualified ‘Angels’ and ‘Ascension’ teacher.

It was during this training that I was introduced to – and began working with Archangels and Ascended Masters.  Also – through working with lots of other people on the training courses – all of them wonderful beings in their own right, I became interested in healing – and the different approaches available.  I undertook the attunements and training for Chios Energy Field Healing – becoming a Master/Teacher, and additionally, taking the Reiki attunements – also to Master level – as a complement to Chios as the two work so well together.

Since that time I have continued to learn and train in a wide variety of spiritual aspects.

My background training has been very much the ‘regular’ world of work (prior to all of this) – I spent many years in communications and computers, culminating in, until quite recently, working as an IT Lecturer at a local college.

I now devote myself full-time to offering healing and guidance to others through my workshops, therapies and spiritual ‘counselling’.  I believe that each of us has a life purpose – and that this is mine – to offer assistance to others in this way.

The principles, themes, exercises, meditations and all other materials have been brought together with one aim – to encourage others to be what they came here to be.

It is with great joy that I offer all of this to you, with the hope that you make full use of it - and take away with you that which resonates in your heart.
